Anni Kähkölä appointed as Head of Talent Management
Fament has appointed Anni Kähkölä to the new role of Head of Talent Management. In her new role, Anni will be responsible for developing the quality and content of the Management service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of Talent clients and the demands of the rapidly evolving industry. With this appointment, Anni also joins Fament's management team.
Anni has a long and diverse career at Fament in several different roles. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with almost all of Fament's Talents. Her broad experience has built a strong understanding of the needs of Talents and what kind of support building a successful career, business, and personal brand requires today.
